We believe exceptional technology is built by exceptional people
Our people
We don't simply develop advanced technologies – we develop the people who make them possible
Great technology starts with great people
Life at Filtronic
Behind every idea, innovation and breakthrough is a team of people working together. Life at Filtronic is built around collaboration, curiosity and the opportunity to be part of something that matters.
Making an impact together
Fundraising
From team challenges to fundraising events, our people come together to support causes that matter to them and make a positive difference in the communities around us.
Because the best teams enjoy the journey
Social
Go-karting, summer celebrations, Christmas parties and plenty in between. Our social calendar brings people together away from the day-to-day and helps build the relationships behind great teams.
Always learning. Always progressing
Development
From Engineering Days and specialist training to knowledge sharing and hands-on experience, we create opportunities for our people to keep learning, develop their expertise and take their careers further.
Inspiring what comes next
Community and STEM
Our people take their passion for technology beyond Filtronic, supporting STEM outreach, schools and community initiatives that introduce the next generation to the possibilities of engineering.
